The Opportunity :

Capitole Consulting is looking for a Business Financial Controller for one of its international pharmaceutical clients in Luxembourg.

The role focuses on financial and business controlling rather than pure accounting, with a strong emphasis on product costs, profitability, forecasting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyse product costs, gross margins and COGS.
• Contribute to Actuals, Budgets and Forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide relevant financial insights.
• Manage Material Ledger reconciliation and inventory valuation in SAP.
• Support transfer pricing activities and financial analysis of contracts.
• Contribute to the improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools and ERP-related projects.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial, commercial or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO, ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience in Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis.
• Experience with SQL, MS Access or equivalent database tools.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain controlling or third-party manufacturers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy and good communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Italian or another European language is an advantage.
